Hello,

I suppose this is an introduction. My name is Ryan Whaley. I'm one of the directors at Six Foot Five. Yetty reached out about your upcoming Halloween campaign. I wanted to give you a snapshot of some of the work we do. My hope is that this is a conversation starter.

Yetty asked me to dream a little bit and have an idea. When I approach any project, I ask myself, what do we want our audience to feel? And I believe that one of the best ways to do that is to put a mirror in the story. We want them to see themselves in our story. I'd like for you to watch the videos below and then take a look at my concept / loose script.

So for our piece, I'd like to tell a story of a group of high school friends. They're in class. The bell hasn't rung yet and they're coming up with group costume idea for Halloween. There's a new student sitting alone in the background. The group is chatting and our hero of the group notices the new student. Either right then or after class at the lockers, our hero invites the new student join in on the group costume. Cut to the group walking into America's Thrift Store. From there is a montage of fun. Trying on options. Holding clothes up at the racks. Everyone is having blast. We focus in our on our new student, smiling, belonging.
We match cut the new student smiling with the group as someone takes a picture with a polaroid camera. They're either at a party or in someone's living room getting ready to leave.

The polaroid picture lands on a table somewhere. We hold on the photo for our last shot. The group is happy.
Art Card.
This is just a quick pass at an idea. But I do believe that doing some narrative will stand out. Again, my hope is for this be a conversation starter.

I believe our team is uniquely positioned to step in and knock this out of the park for you. If you want to see more work, we have more to show. If you want a different style of video, we can do that. Part of this whole process is finding the right creative idea.
So, if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Yetty or me or Audra (our producer).
